Cooking for Food Intolerances
Come and learn to cook food your whole family can enjoy, even those you thought impossible to feed.
We will look at how to avoid preservatives and additives; how to help manage children’s behaviour through diet; and how to cook low allergy food that tastes great.
Recipes will be free from Gluten, Dairy, Egg, Nut, Soy, Preservatives and low in natural chemicals.
